Enrolment for junior tennis coaching will take place in the Bishopstown Tennis Clubhouse on Friday 3rd September 3 to 6pm & Monday 6th September 3 to 6pm. Further details of the Junior Coaching courses can be found on the Juniors page.
Congratulations once again to Jamie Blake on his call to play for the Irish Senior team. Jamie has been selected as Ireland's number 1 on the team for the the Four Nations in Cardiff from the 9th to the 12th of September. This is an outstanding achievement and we would like to wish Jamie and Irish team the best of luck in the competition. Jamie you are an inspiration to us all.
Congratulations to Cian Blake, Jamie Blake & Emma Murphy for selection on the Munster Senior Inter-provincial team and for helping Munster win the 2010 Senior Interprovincial Competition. This outstanding achievement was recently celebrated at the Cork International Airport Hotel Southside Sports Award for August in association with Gerald McCarthy Awards and Gifts.
Further congratulations to Mary Mountjoy who enjoyed success in the Munster Super Senior team.
Also congratulations to Pat Smith, Joe Donovan, Conor Twomey, Karen Higgins & Un Ryle for selection on the Munster Veterans Inter-provincial squad. We wish you all the best of luck representing our club and indeed our province in the coming months. It is a fantastic achievement to be so well represented at such prestigious events.
